JA Inspire Hybrid prioritizes Career/Work Readiness by encouraging students to explore their interests and align them with their future career goals. This early focus on middle school is essential because students face a crucial decision before entering high school, where they must choose a career path, akin to selecting a major in college.

By engaging students in their high school options, JA Inspire aims to demonstrate the diverse opportunities that await them upon high school graduation. The program is meticulously designed to guide students in charting a pathway for success and showcasing the potential of their local area in aiding them to achieve their fullest potential. AND.... This year we will be in person on April 30th & May 1st!
